      Pros

      WLB is great, open time off that people actually use, people are generally pretty nice and work well together

      Cons

      Management is made up of very non-technical people making large technical decisions. There is a general mode of just "whatever" in the data teams, root issues are not addressed by management is fine with bandaid solutions till things are forgotten

      Great culture. People are humble.

      In some teams engineers have to find projects themselves instead of waiting for roadmap which is good also but sometimes frustrating.
