      Pros

      The best and brightest people who I've ever worked with. The corporate culture encouraged everyone to reach their highest potential through constant collaboration and self determination.

      Cons

      Failure of executive leadership has been publicly evident and obvious. The new CEO and continuing reorganizational efforts are attempting to turn the ship around. Time will tell if they will be successful but, sadly, the company is not the Sonos that I used to know.

      Great culture. People are humble.

      Cons

      In some teams engineers have to find projects themselves instead of waiting for roadmap which is good also but sometimes frustrating.

      Good work. Passionate people. Good product. Remote.

      Cons

      Some bad managers. They lost their footing resulting in lack of company vision. Struggled to find working styles that elevated the company (they wanted to grow yet operate like a start up)
