      Great atmosphere. Great people. Wonderful location. Huge profits and a company that isn't going anywhere. The management will let you be autonomous.

      Cons

      Tough place to get a promotion. No pay raises, no structure for promotions. No love for an outsider. It's not the right place for a career.
