Pros
Flat Infrastructure. Excellent benefits. Excellent training. Loved the people. It was a wonderful experience.
Cons
Sony Ericsson did not do a good job promoting their own product in the US so we always felt on edge about our jobs. In the end that was the death of us. We ended up being laid off in October 2008 when the CDMA channel was completely shut down.
