      Pros

      Directly worked with President. If you are an anime geek, it would be a paradise.

      Cons

      Since it's a Japanese subsidiary in LA, the pay is pretty low. For my licensing team, there was no other team member other than myself and President, which of course means TOO MUCH WORKLOAD. but low pay.
