Pros
The pro were definitely the people I worked with directly in my teams. We all got along really well, which made work life easier.
Cons
The management and the wage disparity in the company was questionable. I would report to someone who was on a lot more than I was, yet myself and our team would be responsible for more than our job title would suggest and the success of the channels we worked on would often rest on our shoulders. There was often a disconnect between us and management on the content, a lot of the programming we did was aimed towards 16-35 demographic so I found myself trying to explain certain pieces of work to someone who didn't understand the culture. We also received pay rises that were capped at a certain percentage, as apparently that was a company policy. I remember asking for a certain percent pay rise to take my salary up to what I thought was a reasonable number, however because it was over the percentage threshold it wasn't possible. This didn't really make sense to me as someone with a much bigger salary could get a small percentage pay rise and it would be a lot more than what I was asking for.
