Pros
Nice colleagues ready to help. Many informal team events. Open minded, always available managers. Balanced workload, flexible working time. Trips optional.
Cons
No sumptuous all-employee events, family friendliness of those is a not yet really achieved goal. No luxury office, only decent. Lack of international communication equipment, most teams won't need much anything special though. Some colleagues abroad hard to work with.
