Cons
The salaries are below the average and most developers are unmotivated. Most of the senior developers only remain at the company because it's extremely tolerant of slackers. Some of them come in around 11AM and leave at 5PM, some work on non job related side projects all day. There are some projects which are a legacy maintenance-hell with several programming languages (perl, python, jruby, mason and node js) running on extremely outdated operating systems with mismanaged hardware. There is no technical alignment policy or it's not enforced. The juniors usually leave within 1-1.5 year because they get a below the expected pay raise if they get any at all. The fluctuation is very high which they try to compensate with a very low bar of entrance. Basically they hire everyone with a semi-decent CV if they can solve an extremely simple 4 line if-else type coding problem. The site has very bad home office opportunities compared to the other offices where most of the employees get a laptop for work. The office is hard to reach from most parts of the city.
