Pros
-Cab facility and free food for the night shift guys. -Game room. -Good learning experience with AV products
Cons
-The aforementioned cab facility is only for dropping you home. They will not send a cab to pick you up. -You can only visit the game room during your "break" time or else the management will send an email to you. -You will get the learning experience only when you are on a call with the customer. No encouragement for extra learning. -The management team is from Cyberoam and they still don't know how an MNC functions. They will micro-manage you for every second of your shift. -Numbers numbers and numbers. All that matters is the score. Nothing else. Doesn't matter what rules you break to achieve those. If you point at someone breaking the rules, you will be marked as someone who is spreading negativity. -Pathetic politics everywhere. If you are a female employee and you showcase that you are "easy" and talk a lot with the management outside the office, you will get promoted easily. -Frequent layoffs -Poor appraisal at the end of the year. Almost 0. And yes. there was no VPP given this year. -No team outings. Previously we had pizza parties once a quarter. Now, we get coke parties. YAY! -No shift rotation. Working in night shift? Too bad your shift will change next year only. -You cannot use your smartphone in shift while the management is watching you as they will think you only watch youtube, listen to music or video call and do no work. -You don't get leaves. You have to beg for it. Company holidays will be granted to management.
