Layoffs. Multiple rounds - its never-ending. This has been going on for at least 4 years. Pay increases (including merit increases) have happened 1 of the last 5 years Company has not paid 100% of bonus in more than 5 years. Don't believe it when they say its achieveable. New management are all talk - no one delivers and no one is accountable. Management acts like they are waiting to get the ax themselves
