Sophos slowly goes down to drain - Sales Engineering Sophos Employee Review

In my region, there are no benefits to receive, this has not changed within the past few years. Sophos as an employer has below average salary plans, the bonus program in sales is bad, as targets are getting raised to rediculous hights, so we can't hit them. Corporate culture is not great, many egoists (among them also management), and team spirit is about not there any more. Partial layoffs due to acquisition of disc encryption company in 2009 has not stopped entirely.
