- Good for freshers as they can learn network security development basics. - Best place for team leads as they only gets credit for whole team's effort. - Have quality projects by just having good relation with 1 or 2 top management persons regardless of good you are with that technology. - Try to get new offers every two years. This may increase your salary here. - During work hours you can go outside for any work. No one cares for it.
Cons
Too much politics in company. Older technology. This product will be always follower to fortinet, palo-alto. Copying the feature from these products is general practice here. Basically no innovation. Very low increments
