Pros
Work life balance beyond anything else I have ever experienced. The Company cares about its employees. They have had fun days and Holiday bonuses. Not sure what the other reviewer is referencing as I have always gotten paid.
Cons
Small Company with rapid growth. Sometimes there is chaos but they do their best and listen to us.

Though you work on sites on your own assistance is always within reach. Employees can and are encouraged to work together and ask for help. Training is abundant and there are so many resources at our disposal.
Employees are encouraged to use their days off and put in blocks to ensure a work life balance
Cons
Schedule can change at the drop of a hat and get shuffled around like a deck of cards. Expenses are late to be paid out, sometimes months at a time.
