All higher level managers have an open door policy. I can reach out to them whenever I have questions or need to be heard. Employees are encouraged to take time off as the work can be stressful and burnout is real. Our thoughts, opinions, and perspective are taken seriously and given weight. Being a small company, I feel like I have a say in the projections and progress of the company moving forward.
Cons
As a third party contracting company, we some times have to deal with "middle-man" issues. Primarily, we have to reach out to someone at another company, who then has to reach out to another individual to get an answer/followup. This can be stressful when time is a factor.

Though you work on sites on your own assistance is always within reach. Employees can and are encouraged to work together and ask for help. Training is abundant and there are so many resources at our disposal.
Employees are encouraged to use their days off and put in blocks to ensure a work life balance
Cons
Schedule can change at the drop of a hat and get shuffled around like a deck of cards. Expenses are late to be paid out, sometimes months at a time.
