Training is abundant and there are so many resources at our disposal. Employees are encouraged to use their days off and put in blocks to ensure a work life balance
Cons
Schedule can change at the drop of a hat and get shuffled around like a deck of cards. Expenses are late to be paid out, sometimes months at a time.
