Pros
Working and giving service to Deaf customers have been my top priority to make sure they have the best access. Fun to meet customers.
Cons
Company does not care about employees' well being. Management does not listen to employees without any consideration. Pay is unfair to employees who work so hard, while CEO makes 500K with 1.3 millions in bonus and Four vice presidents make 300K with 500K in bonus. Frequent rate changed for sales in commission, while CEO and vice presidents pay and bonus remain same. Mangement practice the attitude by "it is what it is" daily because they don't listen to employees very well.
