Their training program doesn’t really prepare you for the work you will be doing. It’s not complete or comprehensive enough.
Their employees are severely underpaid for their work. Management doesn’t support their employees. They expanded really quickly and hired too many employees than pushed for unrealistic numbers. Quality was left on the back burner and mistakes were made with the ongoing “numbers” pressure. Now they are struggling and are having to lay off a lot of people. They constantly lie to their employees even though they promise transparency. The whole time the company was doing poorly they would hide the truth and tell everyone they were doing fine. That everyone was going be fine and no one would be losing their jobs. They don’t give out bonuses and their benefits are so-so. There is a lot of favoritism in all the departments. Supervisors have their favorites and make it really obvious if you’re not one of them. It was a very toxic and unprofessional environment to work in.
