      Pay seems a bit low, not enough staffing in many departments. Pay increase scale feels way too low during reviews

      Pros

      Management at my branch does an amazing job with creating a diverse team. Everyone's unique skill sets allows our team to collaborate with eachother, it builds a strong team that can handle a lot of situations. The work culture at Sound is inviting and definitely promotes growth and respect. I enjoy it here.

      Cons

      Some days are very slow and so you have to find things to do or you will get bored. Other than that I don't see any other cons.
