Cliquey atmosphere, Belittling communication by other departments, Management threatened outside perspective, Devious, Low retention rate, lack of training(especially with branch management). I was an employee who was interviewed for a branch manager position and thought that I was a great candidate for the role. Prior to letting me know whether or not I was accepted for the position, I was written up based on something that happen from a month before as if the application I had submitted gave them reason to look back further into my career with them. Which goes to show that the branch managers are lacking training if the operations manager had to point out a reason for a write up. It also had to be brought to higher managements attention when a branch manager was stealing time from employees because the way that the time clock works at the company. If you work less than 7 minutes, the time doesn't count, if you work 8 or more than it is increased to a 15 minute increment. She was making employees clock in 7 minutes before their start time and 7 minutes after their designated clock out time daily.
