Team work was evident. Everyone seemed like they wanted to help each other.

Cons

Our back office departments were lacking. Our lending department was also short staffed, therefore, it took forever to get a loan looked at and approved.

Pros

Management at my branch does an amazing job with creating a diverse team. Everyone's unique skill sets allows our team to collaborate with eachother, it builds a strong team that can handle a lot of situations. The work culture at Sound is inviting and definitely promotes growth and respect. I enjoy it here.

Cons

Some days are very slow and so you have to find things to do or you will get bored. Other than that I don't see any other cons.
