Just about everyone I have worked with has been friendly. The company has good values and has really good benefits. They treat their employees well.

Cons

The pay is not great. Members can be mean (but that is a possibility in any customer facing job).

Pros

Management at my branch does an amazing job with creating a diverse team. Everyone's unique skill sets allows our team to collaborate with eachother, it builds a strong team that can handle a lot of situations. The work culture at Sound is inviting and definitely promotes growth and respect. I enjoy it here.

Cons

Some days are very slow and so you have to find things to do or you will get bored. Other than that I don't see any other cons.
