Cons
They hired a manager to run the business service department that never had management experience. This manager also has no experience in bringing clients because her background was behind the scenes in underwriting so she does not know the time needed and areas to focus on in order to bring in quality clients. Her vision is shorted sighted, she does not take other people's opinion well, her lack of experience can be seen during my time there because she had one loan declined by the loan committee and she was all red faced and flustered. They over work everyone in the company, I was doing a job that is usually made for 2-3 people.
