Pros

Free dental, vision, medical lika all of the redit union.

Cons

Branches are running lean due to upper management like svp/chief officer hr and rvp who are petty, don't know what they are doing or who they are hiring. They run through intimidation , fear, by bulling team members. They don't respect or value the talent they currently have. The CEO needs to see whats.going on with his ship since his hands are not on deck, no wonder even bran h manager are quitting. Upper management is trying to look like a big bank but they lack of resources, they under pay the team , no raises since last year they " adjusted " how much teller and bankers make. Upper management have mentallity of : do as I say and not as I do.

Pros

Management at my branch does an amazing job with creating a diverse team. Everyone's unique skill sets allows our team to collaborate with eachother, it builds a strong team that can handle a lot of situations. The work culture at Sound is inviting and definitely promotes growth and respect. I enjoy it here.

Cons

Some days are very slow and so you have to find things to do or you will get bored. Other than that I don't see any other cons.
