      They will promote people into new positions.

      Cons

      Too much work. Always on call every weekend, evening, and holiday. New things are taken on regularly without consideration of workload, or if an existing process/system needs improvement.

      Pros

      Management at my branch does an amazing job with creating a diverse team. Everyone's unique skill sets allows our team to collaborate with eachother, it builds a strong team that can handle a lot of situations. The work culture at Sound is inviting and definitely promotes growth and respect. I enjoy it here.

      Cons

      Some days are very slow and so you have to find things to do or you will get bored. Other than that I don't see any other cons.
