Flexible timing. No one cares!!

Cons

I have been working at souq for 20 months. In those tenure our Head of Analytics has not conducted a single team meeting guiding team for Analytics Road Map, cross functional work. -No management -No road map, -50% of people have left or move to other team -Scums at top level management -No job security -Shut down entire office in just 2 weeks -No severances packages -Don't care about employee sentiments
