      Nice PTO, lasting relationships were formed but that is about it

      Cons

      Work life balance is a joke. Micromanaging is so bad that you have to explain a 5 minute bathroom break. Management does not want to listen to any ideas if it is not theirs. Benefits were trash.

      Favoritism Non-existent Raises Unnecessary AI use EVERYWHERE Pays less than other banks that are keen on selling, while they now take a sales-forward approach for no raise whatsoever Higher-Ups don’t know what being in a branch is like in the modern day
