      Pros

      This is a solid place to start if you are looking into banking as a career. There is a good training program and they do not push the sales culture.

      Cons

      The pay is pitiful. While this place is good to get the fundamentals down, it is hard to move up, especially if you are young and new to banking.

      Favoritism Non-existent Raises Unnecessary AI use EVERYWHERE Pays less than other banks that are keen on selling, while they now take a sales-forward approach for no raise whatsoever Higher-Ups don’t know what being in a branch is like in the modern day
