Pros
Paid holidays and weekends off.
Cons
Lack of leadership at the branch level. Management will “woo” you into thinking they want you to fill a role but in reality they just wanted you so they didn’t have to go through the whole hiring process. Tellers with no experience make almost as much as I do which makes zero sense when I have more experience and responsibility.
