Pros
Diverse positions available in every department.
Cons
Management is horrible, more so now with the latest merge. HR doesn't care nor do they help. If you ask for any help, they tell you to be careful because it never ends well for the employee. If you stand up to your manager yelling at you and putting her hands in your face, you're told you're disrespectful then given less work to seem incompetent. People are forced to quit due to the toxic environment. You will definitely use your mental health benefits just to be able to tolerate working here after a few months. I held 3 titles in the 6 years I worked there. Everything was good until I reached the mortgage world. If you find yourself here and "land" an interview, pay attention to the employees under the manager and ask for documentation showing their employee turn around numbers. Young ppl don't leave a good manager that know how to properly lead.
