Great People Good Work Environment Above Standard Compensation

Cons

Outdated Technology (They still use paper deposit slips and encoders). Customers in the Austin area are affluent and extremely needy. Be prepared to spend a lot of time answering emails and waiving fees for rich people. While there is a retail branch of the bank, most of the work done is for commercial customers

Favoritism Non-existent Raises Unnecessary AI use EVERYWHERE Pays less than other banks that are keen on selling, while they now take a sales-forward approach for no raise whatsoever Higher-Ups don’t know what being in a branch is like in the modern day
