      Pros

      If you have a good branch manager, great! Depending on where you live your RAM is amazing (Myrtle Beach area) or they are horrible (Charlotte area).

      Cons

      Very low pay, way below average, careful of racist comments in the workplace, turning in to a bigger bank, people can be horrible at job and not get fired

      Favoritism Non-existent Raises Unnecessary AI use EVERYWHERE Pays less than other banks that are keen on selling, while they now take a sales-forward approach for no raise whatsoever Higher-Ups don’t know what being in a branch is like in the modern day
