Pros

Customer base is amazing! People who bank here are exceptional as the Customer service part of this company is Superb!

Cons

Training is self driven, with no direction of what you would need to train on. The Banks management continues to change like a revolving door. Your direct 'leader' can give you misinformation of what the laws require and there is no repercussion to them. You will get 3 different answers for every question and unfortunately after all of this confusion only you will answer for it. Lastly, it is highly political and all about who you know and if they can get you out of it.

Favoritism Non-existent Raises Unnecessary AI use EVERYWHERE Pays less than other banks that are keen on selling, while they now take a sales-forward approach for no raise whatsoever Higher-Ups don’t know what being in a branch is like in the modern day
