      Pros

      SouthState is an amazing company to work for. At my branch, it feels like we’re a family. It’s a fun, fast paced environment and we work together to help each other. Or is by far the best job I’ve ever had.

      Cons

      There are some safety concerns just as in any bank, but overall, it’s the best job one could ask for.

      Favoritism Non-existent Raises Unnecessary AI use EVERYWHERE Pays less than other banks that are keen on selling, while they now take a sales-forward approach for no raise whatsoever Higher-Ups don’t know what being in a branch is like in the modern day
