      Great experience, profit sharing, 401K, bonus, employees are like family, great benefits, career development

      Salary. My bonus, 401K and profit sharing were great, but I felt my salary was low for the work I managed.

      The best benefits on planet earth….besides working in Europe.

      Cons

      Management has different perspectives on how we work yet I know for sure they have never done this type of work before in their lives. Play favorites. Don’t like people that are outspoken not only for themselves but the entire staff.
