Pros

Friendly, non pressure atmosphere. Hands off approach to adjunct teaching technique. A diverse and engaged student body. Short, intense course format is ideal for adjuncts that do not want a lengthy time commitment

Cons

Courses are spread out over quite a long period of time, so if an adjunct is looking for more steady work, this might not be the best format.
