No vacation 1st year. At 2 years get 2 weeks and can’t get 3 weeks until 8 years of employment. No sick or personal days. Long hours. hard work and integrity does not pay off. Company has no structured way to promote people, its all left to the judgement of the service center managers. This definitely leads to discrimination unintentionally for minorities are being (Adversely Impacted) by the hiring and promoting practices within this company.
