Pros
Good benefits (used to be better) Great salary (very competitive) Great people to work with (outside of executive leadership) Some front line managers (and some execs) are exceptional
Cons
Company has lost it's focus on most important asset; it's people Changes need to be made, but taking too long, and targeting long-term employees, many (but not all) are exceptional talents but cost too much in salary and benefits; brain drain is becoming an issue! Senior leadership has not adequately communicated reasons for restructuring to employees Rank and file feel they are made to feel the brunt of bad decisions/lack of vision by senior leadership
