Pros
Great company to work for. Good pay, good benefits and they encourage a team environment.
Cons
It is very difficult to get hired by SCE and can be more difficult to keep your job even if you are an outstanding employee. SCE is a public utility that is regulated by the CPUC. Management is always looking for ways to look good to shareholders and customers and will cut off their nose to spite their face. The days of finding a good company to work for until retirement are disappearing. If you are looking for long term employment you won't find it here.
