      Good company over all, good benefits and great people. Utilities have great steady work, and good challenges are coming to the industry. It will be very interesting to see how much the industry will change in the future.

      Cons

      Current industry changes will require a change in the way utilities do business. These changes Will require new directions and great vision. It is always difficult to find leaders with such vision and understanding.
