Pros
The best part about this company are their working environments. Pleasant, relaxing, and enjoyable atmosphere. It's not an accident, they build their environment from upper managements down over the years. Second best, 401k match 5.1% for 6% contribute plus a great pension plan. Third, annual bonus averaging around 15%. The higher your paygrade the higher the bonus. Decent annual pay increase every year, but base on performance.
Cons
Advancement opportunity are limited. Not everyone can or will be a manager, same as in technical. Salary pay is average, that's the company policy. Not to underpay or overpay in any paygrade, fair is the term. These might not be a bad thing.
