Just there - Analyst Southern Company Employee Review

I have worked there for about 4 years. I have seen 12 turnovers, people retiring early...so go figure. The only reason why people are still working there is because they have not found another job yet. You are overworked and underpaid and management does not know what they are doing. There is a lot of blame game and mistreatment from upper management. This used to be a good company from what I hear but not anymore. Please keep away. I was warned but I didn't listen. No work/life balance and for the many hours you are working, it is not worth the salary. The only reason I clicked on 1 star is because that is the minimum allowed for the review.
