Engineers don't test new hardware; expect sys admins to test Lack of training every year - we always have money for training then strangely it disappears Politics - people are rewarded for staying at the company; not actually knowing what their job entails I've heard this company was in a youth movement for the past 10 years - still haven't seen it. Treat the contractors, the ones who actually work harder than the employees, like sub-humans. Will contract an employee for 10+ years with no desire to bring them in full-time.
