Pros
A utility based company with compensation and pay being somewhat industry comparitive for the eastern coast of the United States.
Cons
The AGL Way: all employee's are expendable, regardless of job performance or years of service. Employee contribution costs to Health/Dental Insurance plan have gone shamefully high. The environment & atmosphere in most company office locations has become very tense and strenuous which is counterproductive and in turn promotes non-trust.
