Remote work is not an option, even after working remotely successfully for 2 years during covid. Management instills anxiety and fear in their teams in order to get work done. Management speaks poorly about their team members and makes fun of people with and without disabilities. Management picks favorites and makes it obvious. Management mistreats people who return from extended leave. The company does not care about its employees. HR is a joke-they are not there to support or protect you as an employee, their goal is to support and protect the company and upper management. Upper management has no true oversight or insight into their direct reports.
