Pros
-Great family atmosphere. -Great place to start career if unsure what industry to work in out of college. -Great PTO and 401K options -Good health plan
Cons
-Low pay unless in agency related departments. -Promotions are mainly based on how long you sit in your dept. Does not change if you are a top producer/employee in most departments. -Turnover has increased over last few years with remote jobs now being offered for enormous pay raises for the same type of job.
