Pros

Everyone in the company is friendly, normal work hours are weekdays 7am- 3pm, very flexible, good pay, everyday is different, learn a lot, good work locations, close to dc metro area,

Cons

Pay starts at $10, take about a year to get a raise, some of the guys that have been there for 15 years make over 35$ an hour, some of the jobs in the summer are very hot outside, sometimes have to work with subs
