      They encourage continued education and active participation in improving hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.

      Cons

      Hospital is VERY anti-union, and will do everything they can to milk the most out of their nursing staff until they decide to leave. Despite the push to attain and maintain Magnet status, they continuously treat the nursing staff as expendible waste. Unsafe patient ratios, regularly understaffed, under supplied, and unappreciative management and administration

      Pros

      It has a good pay rate. The company has a good benefit plan. The staff is friendly. The hospital is like a large community. The moral is very high among the employees. The hospital is close to my home.

      Cons

      The food in the cafeteria is horrible. It is a non smoking facility. The parking needs to be improved. The IT department needs improvement, by that I mean that the software needs updating. I have too many passwords to remember because there are separate programs to everything. They need to consolidate the amount of programs needed to perform an employees job.
