Great hospital family feel. Easy to get to know people

Smaller hospital but could be a pro

It has a good pay rate. The company has a good benefit plan. The staff is friendly. The hospital is like a large community. The moral is very high among the employees. The hospital is close to my home.

The food in the cafeteria is horrible. It is a non smoking facility. The parking needs to be improved. The IT department needs improvement, by that I mean that the software needs updating. I have too many passwords to remember because there are separate programs to everything. They need to consolidate the amount of programs needed to perform an employees job.
