Awesome time to join the company. New President, new company. After 30 years of being privately owned , we are now Toyota owned. The company has a big name but feels like family. This year we got better benefits, PTO is now paid at 100% with vacation too.

Cons

Tampa location is older building, most office support jobs in Tampa, you are at your desk for 6+ hours.

CEO - No sales experience. Clueless on setting policy and procedures. Believes he is the smartest person in the room. Displays childish tantrums. Sales Leadership below him do not possess any honestly or integrity- Hire with false promises including salary. Cowards supporting their sales team. Highest employee turnover in the industry.
