It's a horrible culture. No transparency, no leadership, constant lies, deceit, backstabbing, and everyone to their own. Anyone new in this organization is positioned for failure from the start, and I've seen it many times. Sales representatives are replaced every 3-6 months. Initial interviews will paint a rosy story about this company, but it doesn't take long before you realized it's a horribly ran organization (or not ran at all). You'll get to see how this company is driven by money as their one and only purpose, without any values or commitment to their employees. The company will make promises that it will not keep, bonuses, sales, compensation is all subject to change based on how you look, if you're a veteran, how nice you are to the staff, and how ruthless you are being as a 'used-car salesman' (selling used forklifts). If you don't make them money at all costs, you will get fired without any hesitation or warning. Get a job here if you need a job, but find something else while you're there.
